- Matthie Laguerre (Toulouse Olympique) – Grade B Other Contrary Behaviour - £125 Fine
- Sadiq Adebiyi (Keighley Cougars) – Grade C Dangerous Throw – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Aaron Brown (Widnes Vikings) – Grade C High Tackle – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Daniel Spencer Tonks (Whitehaven) – Grade D Dangerous Contact – 2 Match Penalty Notice & £125 Fine
